The Year-End Party Mystery
Four suspects, three crime scenes and one missing trophy: a one-hour whodunit for your year-end party.

About
It is 8 p.m. on the night of the year-end party, and the Employee of the Year trophy has vanished from the awards podium. There are four suspects, three crime scenes and thirty minutes before the awards. Your teams are the detectives.
The investigation runs on GoQuest, TeamTika’s team game app, with each team on a phone or tablet. Teams work through the Party Hall, the Office and the Server Room across 12 tasks: a waiter’s statement, the event schedule, a stopped clock, a crumpled note in number code and a camera log switched off with a staff key card.
Along the way they photograph the crime scene, act out how the trophy disappeared and file a detective report. In the server room, teams put the three clues together and name the culprit.
Case closed, each team records a New Year message for the whole company, the perfect hand-over to the awards.
Learning outcomes
A good detective separates facts from guesses. Teams practise cross-checking statements, timelines and logs before they commit to an answer, which can be sent only once.
The clues are spread across three rooms, so teams that share what each person noticed reach the right answer far faster.
Reconstructing the crime on video gets the whole team performing and laughing, a natural warm-up for the party.
The New Year message at the end turns the game into a positive moment for the whole company.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can take part?
We run up to 30 teams per event, each playing on its own phone or tablet. Players join in the phone browser with a game code, so there is nothing to install. Tell us your headcount and we will suggest team sizes.
How long does the program take?
About an hour of play, plus a short briefing at the start and the leaderboard reveal at the end.
Can it run during the party itself?
Yes. It was written for year-end parties: one hour, three scenes and a finale that leads straight into the awards.
Can this be run indoors or outdoors?
Both. The tasks only need the app and things found nearby, so it works in a meeting room, a hotel ballroom, a resort or a garden.
Is the game available in Vietnamese?
Yes. The Year-End Party Mystery has full English and Vietnamese versions, and we set the language for each event.
